Watch Your Favorite TV Shows On the Internet - Legally
Depending on which network hosts your favorite TV show, go to their website & they often advertise Full Episodes for free. The media is streamming, so the faster the connection the better. Yes, there are ads, but they occur between 4-6 times during the show and they last 15-30 seconds.

-Terminator - The Sarah Connor Chronicles
The CW Network
(haven't really had a reason to watch shows on this networl, so I can't comment on thier player)
ABC Family
-Smallville
-WildFire
Fox Network had my favorite media player, it was convenient, and easy to switch between episodes and shows. Many of the shows has the whole season up to the current date.
ABC Family had a good viewer last year (when I was watching Kyle XY), but I cannot seem to find it, still there aren't as many shows that have full episodes, but enough to give you a start.
